Jaeger LeCoultre have been luxury watch manufacturers since 1833.
The Reverso model was introduced first in 1931 for polo-playing British officers in India. The firm Jaeger S.A. was appointed by LeCoultre to create a reversible case using a unique slide and flip mechanism taken from the French designer René-Alfred Chauvot; this in turn was accompanied by a case back which could be personalised.This 18ct Rose Gold Reverso Reference 270.2.63 is hand wound with a power reserve of 40 hours.
