This unusual steel ladies’ watch with gorgeous mother-of-pearl face has more than a little of the Patek Philippe Nautilus about it. But this timepiece is, in fact, something of a rarity – created specifically for the Russian market back in 1999 to mark Patek Philippe’s return to the country after a long absence. Although constructed in both gold and steel, the style did not sell well, and production did not last long. As a result, numbers are limited, making it a good option in our eyes for ardent Patek collectors.
