Launched in 2003 to mark the longstanding relationship between Patek Philippe and the German watch and jewellery company, Gerhard Wempe, the reference 5125 is a smaller watch by today’s tastes but no less elegant for it. The face features a subtle nod to the Wempe name – think ‘whisper’ rather than ‘shout’. And, with an annual calendar complication housed within neat boxes and the much-loved moonphase complication, this is a favourite combination in the David Duggan showroom.
